Take one a day for prevention and added vitamins, brand name, trusted and high quality, used as a Senior Citizen and male. Only issue, is the size of the vitamin makes it difficult for me to swallow. Otherwise it is worth the money, and difficulty in swallowing. I only purchase supplements that are of a brand name, and have a history of quality control. I do not use any additional vitamin suppleme

After taking Centrum silver with food, I was feeling nauseous, light headed and very weak. After a process of elimination, I realized it was the vitamin and discontinued use. A scary experience.
