    valium is a very helpful medication when taken at the 2mg. just before bedtime works best for me or a half a pill at noon keeps my anxiety under control. works very well for myself

    well i told i be back to tell you how i like it dont like takeing pills but hay not so bad i do fell so dam good but i still put up a fight in side my self i dont wont to take them but im staying on them so to bad body lol its just my mind like to get its own way not this time i do fell so alive my life is back like I HAVE PSTD AND BIG TIME ANXIETY sorry for spelling im from japan thank y ...
