    Valium, aka "Mommy's lil' helpers" had been a godsend for me. I'd been taking it, 10mg tabs, 3x a day, #90/month for 10 years. Now THAT is a miracle as it is. On top of opiate pain meds for chronic back pain as well! All depends on the doctor. Some won't even R/x you an aspirin.     omg i se all of you have ben on for so long i ust start on this pillben on it for about 3 mos i like its ben good to me but i do fine i cant do some things like drive but i just dont take it till i get home i take 20 mgs a day i guss i got what i ws looking for because i was in fear of takeing this for a long time because i hear its hell to come off off and this can kill you if you try to ...     As another reviewer wrote, I too have taken Valium 10mg/3xdaily, for about 10 years now, and I've yet to have any problems. I've taken Ativan, Klonopin, Xanax, all of them...Valium has worked the best for me, for it covers so much.

    wI was diagnosed with anxiety disorder about 9 years ago. The Doctor had me on xanax, which put me to sleep.Valium is only taken if i feel real uneasy and anxious. It relaxes my mind and nerves down comfortably and I don't feel tired.
