Been taking this for a couple of months. I take 1 .1 pill in the evening & a patch all day. I have bad heartburn, breathlessness & tiredness. I go to the dr's in a couple of days & I want off. I will carry it for emergency but that's it. I also take Benicar HCT 40/15.

I have been taking this medication for 3 months. The last month my lips are so dry and I do experience dry mouth during the night. I take it in conjunction with Metaprolol and they make me sleepy. Cannot take them early in the day. I use chapstick all day. Very bothersome .

Typical side effects: Dry Mouth (night), Pace Maker working harder at night due to slow HR. BP still spikes when working moderate workout on treadmill. Constipation solved with Magnesium Supplement which also eliminated evening cramps in my legs. Wake up with heavy legs until I have walked around a bit. Had to reduce to .05mg three times a day as side effects with .1mg tablet somewhat severe.
