I'd studied Paragard for a year before deciding to finally take the plunge. Hormones had left me with some bad side effects (nausea, migraines, weight gain, hair loss). I've only had it for a week, so this is kind of premature, but at least I can tell you about the insertion. Reviews have helped me so much through this process. I just got the Paragard about 3 days ago and so far so good, I had just a few cramping and spotting here and there but it's perfectly normal for that to happen, I haven't yet had any problems or concerns, so far so good. I'm loving this Birth Control! I've been reading some negative reviews but I have nothing to say...for now.

I have had the ParaGard in since 2001. I do remember some pain and spotting at the beginning. My periods seem be heavier every other month.

I can feel the pressure of it during sex and it makes working out more difficult because of the intense cramps all the time. I have

I recently got the Paragard, and when I was researching I could not find very many success stories or good reviews. So here is my experience: (I am 24 years old and I have not had kids. I have been on Yasmin birth control since I was 16) I had Paragard inserted 5 days ago. The insertion was indeed painful, but it only lasts maybe 2 minutes max. It was a really bad cramp, but nothing unbe
