    I have been taking this vitamin for about 2 weeks in preparation for pregnancy. I usually take One A Day vitamins for women and taking these has been just as easy. I have not experienced any illness or problems thus far.

    the people from amneal sent me the listing of ingredients, thought i would share vit A-4000IU vit c- 120 mg vit d-3-400 IU vit E- 22 mg tiamine b-1- 1.84 mg vit b-2 (rib.)- 3 mg niacin 20 mg vit b-6- 10 mg folic 1 mg vit b-12- 12 mcg calcium-200 mg iron 27 mg zinc- 25 mg copper 2 mg there are some other ingredients as well, but the amounts aren't listed, so i figured it wasn&# ...     i was told that this is made my the company Amneal. i too have tried to see the ingredients in this vitamin and cannot, i just email them to see if they answer. i can get a 90 supply of this from walmart for $10. i am going to call them tomorrow to see if they can tell me the ingredients, because is is supposed to be an FDA rule that the ingredients and makeup have to be listed on the label, so ...     I want to find the chemical makeup of this vitamin, and can not. There is not taste of vitamins, which leaves me to be suspicious.

    This vitamin is great except I find it hard to remember to take it in the morning. I don't know why I HAVE to take it in the morning but it works good for me!
