I have taken this for years to help me get to sleep. My cousin is a a pharmacology prof (PhD) and said this med is extremely safe as it is gone from your system upon awakening. It has been a blessing for me. I take 50 to 75 mg each night about 1 to 2 hours before I want to go to sleep.
