Serious cold and allergies. Nothing worked from over the counter and tons of antibiotic's. I took one night after being miserable, and it did the job! I'm on day 2 to give myself that extra boost of mucus removal.

I started taking this years ago for colds/sinus infections and URI and it worked great with no side effects for me. Then started having allergy problems and it was again prescribed for me. I have been taking this daily for 12 years, with no side effects and no long lasting colds/sinus infections - just works great!

I have been taking this medication for 6 days for severe cold symptoms. It has not helped my sore throat, cough or stuffiness yet.

I went to the doc b/c I thought I had strep - turned out negative but he thought this decongestant would work. It does work great but made me very sleepy and a little lightheaded. I would recommend it but just be aware of the side effects.
