I have been taking the Prolia Shot for 5 years now and have moved out of Osteoporosis to Osteopenia without ANY side effects. Prior to this treatment I had a terrible time trying several other drugs to treat Osteo. I am so thankful Prolia has worked great for me.

My doctor double checked the numbers - it was such a delightful surprise. At that point I decided to continue taking the shots and I supplement with Bone Basics daily. DO NOT LET ANY DOCTOR TALK YOU INTO A PROLIO SHOT. IT MAKES THE PAIN WORSE. DR. BELLAM TOLD ME IT WAS FOR POST MENAPAUSAL OSTEOARTHRITIS. I HAD A COMPLETE HYSTERECTOMY WHEN I WAS 42. I AM NOW 60. THE OSTEOPOROSIS STARTED AFTER A CAR ACCIDENT. DO NOT COUNT ON HIM TO FOLLOW UP WHEN YOU ARE IN PAIN!
