First dose was hard to get down, second worse because I knew what it would taste like. It got the job done without any cramping but that is the only good things I can say about it. I got cold with the first round and had chills with the second. In this day and age, can't they

THE most horrible product ever! I had every side effect. The taste was unbearible! Miralax and Gatoraid was 1000 times better with no side effects except for what needed to be done.

After I finished the first glass of additional water, I did experience some bad nausea for about half an hour; this was the worst part.
