I bought this because I was feeling terrible and I needed to get a lot of work done... I took one at 10, and kept waiting for it to work... Never happened. The box says to take it every 4 hours so I took it again at 2... Still I feel terrible and not even my congestion is better which I thought would be the one thing that would improve for sure.

Comment:
I bought this the first day I started showing signs of a cold. After 4 days of taking the medication, I have not received any relief from my cold symptoms. However along with my congestion and cough, I now feel extremely dizzy and disoriented from the meds. Will not continue taking.
