I have fewer full blown migraines-I have chronic daily migraines, but my asthma has gotten so bad that I can barely walk. The list of side effects is breathing difficulty. I can't find a drug that doesn't give me horrible side effects. I've weaned off and my migraines are back full force. I guess I can either breathe or control the asthma but not both? Even more asthma meds isn&# ... Show Full Comment

I LOVE Trokendi XR! After getting terrible migraines for a year that made me sick to the point where I was vomiting, had the runs, had to call off work, and had to miss classes, I decided that taking over-the-counter pain killers wasn't enough. I was tired of feeling absolutely miserable. I finally talked to my family doctor, who started me on the 25mg, then the 50mg, then the 100mg, which is ... Show Full Comment

For those of you like me who can't take Topamax because of the really nasty side effect of bone marrow suppression, Trokendi XR may be the answer! Finally someone listened and got rid of a nasty side effect. Only been on it a short while, but so far so good.
