having recurring uti's penicillin did not work anymore, cipro works great however, I did get side effects sensitive feet and bit of rash on feet do side effects mean allergic?

I had a UTI that would not go away with other antibiotics. I took a 10 day round of this and I feel much better. Wish they had given me this one first. I did have a couple of the side effects, mostly mild. I had a headache, made me sleepy when I didn't need to be and made it hard to go to sleep when I needed to be. A Catch-22. I could deal with it for 10 days if it got rid of my UTI tho.
