I had a bad reaction on first try but cut dosage in half 12mg this has worked for the past 10 days. I have been constipated for over five years since an auto accident. This drug is wonderful it is the nearest thing to a regular bowl movement I have had. Find the correct dosage and you will be amazed.

It just doesn't work. You have to schedule meals around your dose. I took it for two weeks. No results. Wasted time and money ??.

But then I had cold sweats and slept for 5 hours,I woke up feeling groggy and still had cold sweats. After drinking and eating much better.

Experienced the severe reaction. About 30 mins after taking it, first thing in the am, began to get severe gas pains and then proceeded to spend the day in the bathroom completely emptying my system. That's why I gave it a high rating for effectiveness.

I've been taking this medicine for 3 days now on an empty stomach and have had 0 side effects and 0 results. Its almost like I received a placebo. I'm going to give it a full week but not expecting any change. Back to Linzess and 2 BMs a month!
