I’ve been on generic Tofacitinib now for almost four months now. My doctor recommended an India Online Pharmacy named BonHoa Pharmacy(You can search on Google) to me because I have no insurance. I was diagnosed with UC about 3 years ago and I’ve been in an almost constant flare since then with no medication or steroids able to keep it in check. After 3 weeks on Tofacinix (Tofacitinib) 11mg I genu ... Show Full Comment

I was on Humira before taking Xeljanz and still had daily pain, tremors, and was constantly battling sinus and respiratoryissues. I have been on Xeljanz for over a year and have had no tremoring, fewer infections which were less severe than with previous meds, and my pain is almost non existant. This med has changed my life for the better!

I starting taking this medication and in 3 months my C-reactive protein dropped from the the mid 30's to 16. This is the first med. to effectively drop the c-reactive protein that I have taken and I have tried several.

After taking this medicine for 3 weeks, I have broken out in a terrible itchy rash on my forearms and across my torso. It looks like I've been bitten by ants and it itches terribly. It's an allergic reaction so I have to stop taking it. I was hoping for great things.
