    After being diagnosed with sjogrens, I was so depressed over the dry mouth and horrible breath issues. Rhuemy prescribed Cevimeline HCL 30mg 3x/day. WOW!!!! Now I can speak with out a dry mouth and it even seems to be helping my eyes. I have been on it less than 8 mos, but I have only one side effect-sometimes I get up 2-3x at night to go urinate.     I've only been on it a little over a month, and started out taking it just 2 times a day, dr & I were concerned about stomach probs, so I decided to do that He said might have stomach 'pain', but it's nausea and loss of appetite I'm noticing, more sweating which was already a problem, but it makes my mouth feel so much better, I don't want to stop.     this medicine has helped my dry mouth very much, the only thing I am having problems with is a lot of itching and it is terrible, I do not want to give the Med. up plus the Dr. says that isnt a side effect, I am sure it is but I am not sure what to do.

    Immediately experienced dizziness and nausea. Has anyone tried any of the other meds for this?
