I have been stopped in my tracks by a horrible sinus infection that lingered for 5 weeks . symptoms went away after taking this drug for 3 days i have 7 more days to go,,,

I don't recall taking it with previous infections, but I figured it's generic Augmentin, so it should be fine. I was wrong!
