I was diagnosed with Parkinson's 3 months ago. Initially I was placed on carbidopa levodopa (25/100). After a few days I noticed improvement in my strength, dexterity, tremors, energy. After 1 month azilect was added. I didn't notice any real change in my condition after this addition. I'm very pleased with the results.

High fat foods prevent stomach from emptying and the drug from getting into blood stream. High protein prevents drug from getting to brain. Most effective when dosage is tweaked for individual. Many people are under dosed and it is also a problem to overdose on it and become "manic". Most effective for most at two hour intervals which is a real pain. There is a continuous release fo
