Does absolutely nothing. What a rip-off. I take three before every meal and my stomach is growling like a grizzly bear anyway. Complete hoax.

I take 3 before a meal and it has really helped. Two tablets was not enough. My only concern is the amount taken for a whole day. Can get expensive and I'm hoping it is completely safe
