I have taken this med in conjunction with sever headaches for 2 months at 75mg per day. My mental attitude, anxiety, depression, memory, and insomnia have improved drastically. I think this drug should be illegal. The side effects were terrible and coming off the drug left me feeling worse than I ever have.

This drug has saved my sanity. I have been on and off Effexor 3 or 4 times. If you do not go off of this drug slowly it can cause terrible side effects. If taken as the doctor prescribes, it is great.
