I'm 23 yrs.male with severe back acnes. I'm been taking bactrim orally for 30 days.I am generally a very happy goer person. The medicines have change me to a complete different person.I have no sense of empathy emotions,serious mood swings,fatiqued,confused and muscle soreness.I lost my job due to my bad behaviors toward my co-workers. Horrible, horrible drug. Went to ER as my bouts with fever and uncontrollable shivering, fevers 96 to 103.5 in the space of an hour, several times a day and night were debilitating. ER doctor did every test, torso CT scan, ultrasound, blood tests, urine tests (very dark urine), as no organs were painful to his touch, called me an anomaly as he couldn't find the cause of the crazy fevers. Was on a twice a day Bactrim due to a scratch on my arm. Was on the antibiotic for under a week and then one morning I swelled up like a balloon. Turns out I was allergic to Bactrim. I'm still recovering from being sick a month later.

Was prescribed Bactrim for what the doctors thought was a boil that wasn't healing. Was prescribed Cephalexin and Bactrim and told the leave the area uncovered as the bandages and ointment potentially irritated it more to where it stalled healing. Day 6, the spot has healed up to a scab and is starting to shrink. Only bad side effect is extremely restless sleep. I'm tossing and turning all

I'm on day 5 of 10 day does of 2 twice a day. My experience has been sweating, feeling of extrem hotness or coldness, constant headache, restless sleep if i even do get to sleep, fatigue ( yes some due to lack of sleep) pain in joints especially left hand fingers, fatigue to arms, in last 2 days trouble swallowing food..
