I have had problems with sleeping for years but this has helped greatly over the years and has helped with minimizing my attacks of allergy. My husband also used it very successfully for years until He has urinating problems. Geneva

I have trouble waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to sleep. A half tablet of Benadryl gets me back to a sound sleep with 15 to 30 minutes. It also helps my sinus problems. No sinus infections in months.
