yikes! I have used this medication previously without incident, but this morning I woke with horrible swelling. I started to freak out a little, but took some benadryl, and things seem to be going back to normal. I will stick to monostat from now on.

This was my first time to use the 1-day tioconazole treatment. I too woke up with a painful, swollen vulva. I couldn't hardly sit down because of it! I have never had an allergic reaction to miconazole treatments. I will definitely stick to those from now on.

This medicine is the absolute worst! Like many of the previous reviewers, I am experiencing more pain and irritation than before. And yes, I'm swollen to top it off. I think this medicine made my infection worse. I keep wondering if I can just apply Monistat to fix this situation.

I used this medication last night to treat a yeast infection. When I woke up, my genital area was swollen, red, and even more sensitive than before. This has never happened before when using diflucan or miconozole to treat yeast infections. I am going to wait it out and hope that the swelling goes down. If not I will contact a dr tomorrow.
