I have been taking Sprintec for 5 months. Almost every month I have had breakthrough bleeding. My doctor has switched me to Femcon.

I have been on Orthocyclen and Yasmin before with no side effects...took this only three weeks with bloating and cramping, gas pains, weight gain, breast tenderness. No mood changes and still effective, but being cheap is not worth feeling this way. Would not recommend.

Sprintec is effective in that I'm not pregnant but I've gained 6 pounds since starting it 3 months ago. I've experienced breast tenderness but no cramps.
