Comment:
Started Pegasys Nov. 07 and was undetectable at week 12. I have 20 more weeks of treatment and feel like it has worked for me. I was genotype 1a grade 2 stage 2. Doctor told me I was middle of the road for doing the treatments. I take a shot of peg and a shot of neupogen once a week and 1000mg of ribivarin every day. It's been rough at times but well worth it.

This medication didn't help me when I thought I had a good chance at responding to the treatment because of my age.
