I have Lupus which causes me considerable knee and hip pain. I have bee on Nabumetone for about a week and it works well to keep the pain at bay, but the stomach problems are not worth it. I was on Bextra for 3 years and never had a problem...Now I can't seem to find an NSAID that won't upset my stomach

I have a very deteriated spineal disks ans vertibrays plus arthritis. Along with that I have pain in my knees, hands, neck, hands and sometimes I hurt elsewhere. I cannot get around well. I take a codine drug (the strongest possible) and it just doesn't help. Adding this to it gets rid of almost all my pain.

At first this drug didn't seem to be working, but after about 4 weeks I noticed I had no pain at all in the areas affected, especially my enlarged toe joints, and can walk and use the treadmill with no pain in my joints.
