I had glandular fever so my immune system was compromised. I take coq10 every day for at least 2 years and feel so much better.

I have been taking low dosage statins for years; but i have always felt their effects in my muscles. Recently, the dosage of simvastatin was increased to 30mg. My cholesterol dropped to 166. 100mg Q-10 in the AM and PM made a tremendous difference as to how my muscles felt. I was strong again. The muscles worked smoothly.
