My son has been taking it for 4 yrs. and is complaining of photo synthesis and depression and wt. gain. But mentally he is functioning better as far as I can see. He was diagnosed Bipolar and hearing voices after a breakdown when he was 20 yrs old. He was in and out of the institutions because he would stop taking his meds. my son is on the prolixin inj he is 17 and says it is making him depressed. he is a paranoid schizophrenic he thinks he doesnt need this drug

I have stopped hearing the voices, but now am having side effects, I find myself not able to sit, and I pace alot! If anyone else is having this problem please let me know what to do about the pacing, and the felling of restlessness?? Thank You!!!
