My son is 11 and has been taking this for 2 years now. the only side effect was having a stiff neck and headaches and once hearing voices. Doc lowered the dose and everything seemed to even out. He has a hair trigger temper and is all around defiant. He has severe ADHD and we combine this with Focalin XR. I want to know more about this drug and would love to hear more about it. my son is a patient that takes risperdal. He was not diagnosed with having ADHD or ADD he just seems to have fits of outrage and really bad temper tantrums. This drug is not good for people with depression or autism. I actually hallucinated while on this treatment, it did not help me think clearer I believe it made my condition worse. And I felt more paranoid than anything on this treatment
